Position Responsibilities Oversee Sales Trainers and programming at Uline's branches and sales offices across North America. Lead learning and development programs and create training materials focused on superior product knowledge, account management, territory management, communication skills and whole business knowledge. Work closely with Marketing, Human Resources, Quotes and Customer Service departments to ensure sales employees receive best-in-class training. Provide recommendations on training and talent development approaches (onboarding, learning, engagement and performance) to senior leaders and executives. Facilitate training, host annual leadership meetings and coordinate all training events across the company. Ensure all new employees receive a world-class onboarding experience. Maintain strong competitor, product and sales knowledge to help educate employees. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years management / leadership experience. Strong product and selling skills knowledge. Available for travel to Uline's domestic and international locations. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
